Prices                                                                                 

All prices quoted are U.S. dollars. Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state or local taxes, charges or duties. Prices do not include additional costs incurred from buyer specified special packaging. Buyer shall pay all such costs. Prices, colors, inventory levels and specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices F.O.B. point of origin of shipment.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days after date of shipment. Past due accounts are subject to finance charge of 1 1/2% per month, equal to 18% annual percentage rate commencing 30 days after invoice date. Application for credit may be required with the first new customer order.

F.O.B.

All products are shipped F.O.B. point of origin of shipment. Unless otherwise requested by buyer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to invoice. If buyer specifies carrier, ACTION PETROLEUM does not guarantee shipment in a specified time. Shipments to any locations in excess of three (3) will have a $50.00 handling charge added to each individual invoice.

Damaged Shipment/Risk of Loss

Damage or loss of products can occur. Buyer should inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If loss or damage is evidenced, note the extent on the freight bill. Buyer should file claim immediately with the carrier. Call 423-496-5000 and our Customer Service Department will assist you in filing a claim.
